Exchanges and Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps the ear pad does not fit your headphones, or there is another reason why you do not want to keep the product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. The costs for return shipping are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €4 to €5 per package, depending on the carrier. Consult the PostNL or DHL website for exact rates.
The product should be returned with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.
We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.
How do I return a product?
Step 1 — Register your return Send an email to info@earpds.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Also, download the return form and fill it out completely. Without a completed return form, the return cannot be processed.

Step 2 — Prepare your package for shipment Pack the items carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Include the completed return form with the shipment. Fill in all requested details so the return can be processed quickly.
Step 3 — Send your package Address the package to the return address below and send it via a PostNL or DHL service point. Ensure you keep a proof of postage with Track & Trace — the sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once the product is received in our warehouse, the return will be processed as quickly as possible and the refund arranged.
