Send an email to info@earpds.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Download the return form on our Exchanges & Returns page, fill it in, and include it with the return shipment.

You have 30 days after receipt to return your order. After registering the return, you then have 14 days to send the product back.

The costs for the return shipment are at your own expense. Return costs are approximately €4 to €5 per package, depending on the carrier.

After receiving the return in good condition, the full order amount including shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and flaws that are not the result of normal use, improper use, or damage by the consumer. Normal wear and tear from use is not covered by the warranty.

Yes, all our ear pads are always sold in pairs.

Most ear pads in our range are made of PU leather with memory foam padding. For some models, we also offer velvet versions. The material used is always stated on the product page.

Quality ear pads are made with memory foam. This lasts longer than cheaper foam, is more comfortable, and conforms to the shape of your ear. That ensures better sound isolation and wearing comfort.

This depends on the intensity of use. For daily use, we recommend replacing the ear pads approximately once a year. With less frequent use, they can last from 18 months up to 3 years. Signs that replacement is needed: flattened foam, peeling or cracking material, or a musty odor.

Proper maintenance significantly extends the lifespan:

• After each use: Wipe the ear pads with a dry microfiber cloth to remove sweat and dirt before it is absorbed.
• Weekly: Use a warm, slightly damp cloth with mild soap and gently wipe the pads. Do not scrub or apply heavy pressure. Let them dry completely before wearing or storing.
• Avoid: Alcohol-based cleaning agents, direct sunlight, damp storage areas, and soaked cloths.
• Tip: Store your headphones in a case in a cool, dry place. A silica gel packet in the case helps absorb residual moisture.

Most ear pads are easy to change by pulling off the old pad and clicking or sliding the new one on. On the product page, you will find installation guides that lead you through the process step-by-step.

Yes, provided you choose the pads made for your model. A good seal determines the passive isolation and the effectiveness of noise-canceling; that is why we match material, thickness, and fit to the original, so no sound leaks out.

They stay in place. The pads attach to the original click or slide rim of your model — without glue. It is important that you choose the pad for your exact model; then it will fit tightly and not come loose.
