30 days to return, on top of your legal rights

Changed your mind? You can return unopened items in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of receipt, without giving a reason. This voluntary 30-day return period is an extra on top of your statutory right of withdrawal described below and does not limit it.

Please let us know before you send anything back, by e-mail to info@earpds.com (you may use the model form below). Return shipping costs are paid by you. Always send your parcel with tracking: until we receive it, you are responsible for the parcel.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alledealsvoorjou B.V., trading as Earpds, Poortland 66, 1046 BD Amsterdam, Netherlands, phone +31 85 004 1268, e-mail info@earpds.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online using the "Withdraw from contract" button at the bottom of every page of our shop. If you use this online feature, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including its content and the date and time of its submission, without undue delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at Earpds, De Giem 25, 7547 SW Enschede, Netherlands, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion for hygiene reasons

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they were unsealed after delivery. Our ear pads touch your skin directly and are delivered in sealed packaging. Once you have opened the seal of an item, the right of withdrawal for that item lapses. Unopened items in their sealed packaging can always be returned.

Defective or wrong item?

If your item is defective or not what you ordered, you do not pay anything. Please e-mail info@earpds.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a replacement or refund you. See also our warranty.
