Shipping costs and the free-shipping threshold depend on your delivery country. They are shown in your local currency in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 business days after your order is placed. We ship every order with tracking: as soon as your order is on its way, you receive an e-mail with your tracking code.

We deliver to the countries you can select at checkout.

Parcel damaged or incomplete?

Please let us know as soon as possible at info@earpds.com, with your order number and a photo of the parcel and its contents. We will send a replacement or refund you. This does not limit your statutory rights.
